Resumen : Self-regulation has never worked well. Technological advances such as cloud computing, blockchain, and artificial intelligence can improve the efficiency of regulation and self-regulation. Examples are drawn from environmental areas related to compliance enforcement, resource management, and greenhouse gas and climate change monitoring.
