Resumen : The greatest public health emergency of recent years, the COVID-19 pandemic, wars, economic and climatic crises at local level have threatened to "wipe out" many of the journalistic newsrooms present throughout the world, causing feelings of psycho-physical discomfort among journalists. Events that have a strong impact on media behaviour and the effectiveness of building clear narratives while controlling personal problems, stress and anxiety. The study will analyse, through qualitative methods, a local Italian case on how difficult it is to work for those who provide information during a natural disaster.
