Abstract: Organizational communication is a field of knowledge, a professional practice and also a social process presented in all types of organizations. It is the phenomenon of communication best addressed in under graduate and degree students dissertations, in Antioquia- Colombia. This article presents the issues, theoretical frameworks, the most referenced authors, the research methodologies used in the inquiries, as well as the type of organization required for analysis.
