| Abstract: | En enero de 2015, de conformidad con las Resolución 68/268 de la Asamblea “Fortalecimiento y mejorar el funcionamiento eficaz del sistema de órganos creados en virtud de tratados de derechos humanos”, la Oficina del Alto Comisionado de las Naciones Unidas para Derechos Humanos (ACNUDH) estableció el Programa de desarrollo de capacidades con el fin de apoyar a los estados miembros en el fortalecimiento de sus capacidades para implementar sus obligaciones convencionales. |
